1. Promoter

The promoter is My Mortgage Freedom (ABN 34 154 046 965), located in Australia.

2. Promotion Type

This is a trade promotion (game of chance). Winners are selected at random among eligible entries.

3. Eligibility

• Open to professional individuals or businesses who have a referral relationship (formal or informal via our referral network) with My Mortgage Freedom.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older and legal Australian residents.
• Employees of My Mortgage Freedom, individuals who are solely clients of My Mortgage Freedom, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. Entry Period

Entries open from August 1st, 2025 and close on 31 January 2026.

5. How to Enter

• Each referred client whose loan settles by 31 January 2026 earns one entry.
• Multiple referred clients = multiple entries.
• There is no limit on the number of entries.

6. Prize

• A holiday valued up to AUD 10,000, to a destination of the winner’s choice.
• Prize provided in the form of travel vouchers or invoice payments directly to the travel provider.
• No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Winner Selection

• Winner will be drawn randomly by 15 February 2026.
• The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
• My Mortgage Freedom will arrange delivery via travel vouchers or direct payment to the travel provider. The winner will coordinate their own booking.

9. No Cash Option

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment method.

10. Substitution or Infeasibility

If the prize becomes unavailable, My Mortgage Freedom may offer a suitable substitute of equal or greater value.

11. Record-Keeping and Permits

• Records of entries, the draw process, and prize delivery will be kept for at least 12 months.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected will only be used for administering the competition and contacting the winner. Data will be handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the My Mortgage Freedom Privacy Policy.

13. Disqualification

The promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these terms.

14. Liability and Disputes

• To the extent permitted by law, My Mortgage Freedom excludes liability for loss or damage arising from participation.
• By entering, participants agree that the promoter’s decisions are final.
• Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the reasonable use of their name and image in promotional materials, unless they indicate otherwise.
